I’ve recently discovered this awesome record label which instantly turned into one of my favorites, because they promote some of the best unheard music and a bunch of very talented artists from around the globe. Their store opened in early 1990 in San Francisco, California, being a small shop, soon a lot of CD collectors, DJ’s, musicians and producers found this place filled with the ultimate tunes on jazz, funk, breakbeats and hip-hop. One of the coolest advantages over other record labels is the fact that all artists in Ubiquity Records have complete autonomy of their work, in addition Ubiquity’s formula is quite simple:
“We put music that we love”.

This is a great example of how record labels could stay alive without sacrificing originalty.
