Sérgio Mendes in paradise… and free!
If you happen to be in the Mayan Riviera this Saturday, November 27th, go to Mamita’s Beach Club and you will see Brazilian legend Sérgio Mendes performing a free show (along with Jim Beard and Spyro Gyra) thanks to the Riviera Maya Jazz Festival 2009. You can stay at the Hotel RIU Lupita for $50 per night or the Hotel RIU Playacar for $77 per night. The beach, some drinks and excellent free live music, sounds like paradise to me.
